To improve the efficienty of the Bi-Polar tape we have designed a new tensioner: the #9bl
that does it all!
It's a tensioner on the Control Tower that locks in the electric connections.
It's a corner insulator, a 3 way-tensioner, and a splicer.
Measure and draw a mark for the placement of the middle tape,
report the same mark on all the posts to install
tensioners and insulators at the same level .
On line posts , secure all insulators #8br with 2 wood screws.Do not insert the
thumbscrew yet the tape will be set at the very end of the installation.
