This KIT set between 2 posts of your existing fence will allow you to:
- Splice your pasture thus avoiding short grazing and allowing rotation.
- Give a chance to new green appealing grass to grow better and quicker
- Spread the manure and control parasites.
By looking closely at the sketch, you will easily understand how to install it.
We suggest you read the instructions below before carrying your KIT to the pasture.

Procedure:
- Attach 2 tensioners with lag bolts on each post at 23 inch and 52 inch from the ground with the provided pipe key located at the end of the stake driver.
 
- Drive your 67 inch Fiber glass stakes every 15 feet, using the stake driver provided with the KIT(left).
( our tape is so thick and strong that you can spread your posts 15 feet apart)
- Drive the gate stake at an angle so it can help hold the fence when you open your gate.
- Punch through 2 line insulators on each stake at the height of the tensioners.
- Set the end of the tape in the buckle of each stainless steel gate handles.
- Hook the lower handle to the Tensioner and unroll the tape toward the opposite Tensioner.
- Attach and pull the tape into the opposite Tensioner
- Drive one stake in the NO Horse Land . You will put it on the other side of the fence when moving your horses.
- Pull the spring of the pig tail washer and slide it 2 feet from the grass.
- Install the spool with the rest of the tape lying gently on the pig tail washer, passing the tape in the pig tail buckle to hold it it doesn't unroll and ground on the grass.
- Going back to the gate, set the tape in each line insulator pressing in the lower pin first (easier than to start with the upper pin).
- Repeat with the upper line tape
- Bolt the Interconnector cable between the 2 tensioners.
- Bolt the feeding cable to the lower Tensioner and feed the other end to your portable fence charger.
- Make sure your ground rod is at least 2 to 6 ft long in the ground , according to the type of sub-soil (very important).
- You can stow the items that you have not used in the fabric kit bag and leave it out of the reach of your horses, under the permanent fence.
When you open the 2 gate handles the tape is OFF or not charged.
By leaving the extra amount of tape in the spool without cutting it your fence KIT will be ready for any other shape fence.
By choosing the brown color tape, your horse will respect it as they respect the white or green color, but your tape will look like new for years! |
