How to attach the tape to the insulated gate handle

Pass the tape through the 2 metal looped ends, force a screw driver to maintain them open then insert between them the tape back inside out. Pull the tail and set the keeper clip. The screw driver makes it easy when retensioning the tape is needed.

Electric current is able to go through the handle thus maintaining continuity. Opening it, will temporarily disconnect the portion of the fence beyond the gate. The insulated handle allows you to open and close your pasture without risk of a shock to yourself.
	If the tape is twisted change the position of the key to match the looped ends.
